FYI! All END SALE  purchases We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to return the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return items for customers in Denmark:

Denmark: Cost 60 DKK

1. Visit our return portal to print out a return label 

2. Fill out the return form 

3. Package the item(s) secure and in its original state including all original tags. 

4. Drop of your package at a GLS shop

Once the payment is complete, you’ll be able to download both your return slip and your shipping label on the "receipt page". Both documents will also be sent to your e-mail address.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase using the selected payment method you used when purchasing the item(s).

We can provide you with a return label 

Europe: 100 DKK / 14 EUR

Out side Europe: 100 DKK / 14 EUR

The price for the return label will be deducted from your purchase. We will make sure to refund your purchase minus the return costs using the selected payment method you used when purchasing the item(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late delivery/refuse to accept
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. Same if you forget to pick up your package at a specific delivery point within the time specified in the notification. You will need to notify us at hello@obiebebe.com so we can refund your payment minus shipping cost and other fees.
